June 4 , 2026 It was an exciting night at the Providence Public Library’s Farish Auditorium as Genesis Students staged “Out Of My Comfort Zone: Explorations of the Past Present and Future” in front of over 150 attendees. The original work was written and devised by members of Genesis Center’s Creative Pathways program—a group of individuals from around the world that now call Rhode Island home. The Creative Pathways Program is an innovative pilot initiative funded by the Rhode Island Department of Human Services. Designed for Rhode Island Works participants, the program emphasizes ESOL education through the arts.
